The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first. Then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise programme!
SCROLL DOWN.............
NOW SCROLL UP..
That's enough for the first day. Great job.
Have a glass of wine.

My name is Don and I'm a bonsaiholic. If at first you don't succeed, try again with something easier.

Hee, hee. That's enough for me before my first cup of tea of the day. Going to have a cup of Red Bush then walk my sister's three boxer dogs. I'm staying at her house for the week.

| Hello Kath and Christine. The boxers are brindles, too. Maizie, George and Max. All rescues. I walked Maizie by herself as she's difficult with other dogs and then took Max and George out together. We are close to hills and fields of maize and other crops and can walk for miles along tracks and through lanes. I'm going into Devizes now to visit the Kennet & Avon Canal Museum on the Wharf. Bye

| They are beautiful too Penny. Hope you don't mind but I resized the photo as it was a bit too large for the page. Hope you had a good afternoon at the Canal Museum
