I wish you see them growing as long as you want, and at that stage of life you will proud of yourself for giving life to so many plants.

Very true Kath, at my age i doubt i will see them 10 feet tall, but its fun watching them grow. I think the seedlings are due to the severe winters we have just had that has helped them germinate. I will put them in my shed if the frost becomes severe over winter just to give them some added protection.

And now the 'waiting game' Roy :):):), always interesting to see how things survive and grow. The past few years I have only found cotoneaster seedlings growing in between the gravel, of course these grow very easily which is a bonus :)

hi all, after having large acers in my garden for many years, which have flowred & dropped seeds, this year is the first summer that i have managed to collect two acer seedlings which are making nice little trees.

i have also found two other seedlings, which i'm not sure what they are? ps i dont smoke, i found the sig lighter in our drive & its just for scale.

juniper??

larch ?
