Is it bonsai?  Some people tell me that it is pure topiary.

My name is Don and I'm a bonsaiholic.
My imaginary friend Givitago takes over when I'm not sure of myself in print. He's not a complete fool - several bits are missing.

'Pure perfection' I would say Don. , Thickness and movement in the trunk is beautiful. You surely didn't grow that one from a cutting, did you!!!!!!!

My two are still in training pots, more patience required

Quite right Kath, its from seed.

BTW - How do we make the photos show without having to click on the attachment thingy?  I notice that some other peoples are there already.

I'm with Kath It's got a beautiful trunk.
I think that if you put a little more hight in the foliage you could eliminate a lot of topiary comments.

i can't imagine why people would say that it isn't a bonsai, it looks top-hole to me (i've not seen this one before unless you've radically changed it)
