hi all, here's some pics of a couple of fig trees i have re-potted, which belong to friends of mine, but i'm concerned about the temps in my garage compaired to where the normally live, ie conservatorys. i believe 15c is the min temp they should be kept at, is this true? any advice would be appreciated.

this is the first tree, before i worked on it, quite leggy & bone dry!

same tree after working on it, still a bit leggy, so the tops of the stems have been nipped out.

second tree before working on it, much better shape: -

same tree after working on it: -

The low temperatures could be damaging Roy.  I am at a loss as to why they can't be put somewhere warmer as its a temporary measure.

Hi Don, i have no conservatory, only a garden shed, which will be the same temp as the garage, or my pond filter house, but the light in there may not be enough. The roof is covered in triple ply polycarbonate sheet, but its tinted to stop uv light passing through. Perhaps this may be an option if i can fit them in?

Is a cool room in the house not an option?
