Thanks Penelope. Mouth watering.

I've been thinking - 'It must be nice to have a name that rhymes with Antelope'

My name is Don and I'm a bonsaiholic.
My imaginary friend Givitago takes over when I'm not sure of myself in print. He's not a complete fool - several bits are missing.

Pleased you enjoyed the roses.

I've never thought of my name rhyming like that! What fun. It almost rhythms with Cantaloupe, too.

As for roses - "Arthur Bell" is in flower and so is an unknown red rose in the front garden. I was very surpised to see a flower peeking round the leaves of the lily there.

Looks as though roses with be blooming on Christmas day.
