I see that you have a zonal Pellargonium trained as bonsai Kath.  How and where do you over-winter it?  =Don

Hi Dopn,

I give it a little trim in late Autumn, then keep it in the heated greenhouse for overwintering at 6c and I keep it on the dry side.

Been a lovely sunny day, but chilly wind is picking up now, time to come indoors for a cup of tea

Thanks Kath.  I guessed that they needed shelter but heated greenhouses are out for me.  Perhaps in my new, never to be used snooker room with windows right down to the floor.

I have got some in flower there right now but not bonsai. Some of the stems stretch to four feet.  lol

Oh my goodness 4 foot stems, lovely. Sounds an ideal place to me.

I usually run two greenhouses at 7c through the winter, but this year only one at 2c, most of everything has survived and the electric bill is much lower
