Don - I hope your electricity has been restored for some time now. Not nice to be without the conveniences we've got used to, these days. I'm finding more and more wires with dodgy insulation. The house has seen a couple of centuries and the electrics can't be much younger. We're managing by using one thing at a time. Unfortunately, that doesn't include the immersion heater. What ever happened to the public baths?

Thanks, Kath.
Oh dear, Don. Hope you are able to get a bath every now and then! Public baths were a great institution. I remember my dad talking about them in Hull.
