Hello mikaa,
Please tell us whereabouts in the world you are and where you are keeping the tree which looks like a fig. You give very little information in your profile and this will affect the advice given.
Meanwhile spray the tree with a very dilute solution of soap or detergent. This only works on contact so it will need to be directed underneath the leaves as well as above. In the absence of a sprayer, dip the tree in the solution to ensure full coverage. This may be repeated as necessary as it will not harm the tree. Ensure adequate ventilation without direct draughts.

Thanks mikaa
Feeding your tree once per month will be sufficient during the winter days when there is very little growth. Good luck with the treatment and let us know how it responds.
