Great to have tadpoles, Kath. I have a fair few frogs in the garden and think it's why I'm not seeing many slugs.

Not quite so hot here this morning but hot enough. There is a cool breeze but whether it will stay through the day, I don't know.

I love to watch them grow each year, then I ask myself, WHERE DO THEY ALL GO?, Admittedly I always have a fair amount of frogs in the garden, but not so many as these numerous tadpoles

So many creatures gobble them up, Kath. Birds, newts, etc., take young frogs and I'm sure cats do, too.

Hope plenty survive this year for you.

Something else learnt, never knew that Roy aaah yes of course Penny, some of them sadly get eaten, but of course that's nature. I didn't say that when I saw a neighbour's cat sitting on the edge of the bird bath the other morning, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
