In my usual way I can't see how to do an avatar. I'm brewing up to doing one, to show everyone my visage. Can anyone help on how to do this? Can instructions be found on BG somewhere? I'm just not that familiar with the site yet. SJ. unsure

Hello, John - Click on "Control Panel" (top of page) and scroll down till you see "Personal Profile" in the left hand column.  You'll see "Edit avatar" - click on it, and it will show your avatar.  That's as far as I can take you, as when I did it, I'm pretty sure the avatar appeared on my post.

The only thing is, I'm completely baffled by how it got there - I surely didn't put it there!   But at least you'll be able to play with the other items on the page while you wait for someone else to take you to the next step!!  Sorry I'm not more help - or more computer literate!!

Cheers

Carol

Yes John,

Carol is quite right with her instruction, then scroll down to 'Upload Image' click on 'Browse' and upload a photo from your photo album on your pc. When you've chosen one then click ' Update' Now you should see your photo on your posts, fingers crossed
